Any user who wants to return their product can receive a call tag to make the return shipping easier and simply return the items this way.

When we receive the returned items, we will credit the full refund to your account. We reserve the right to deny the full refund for products that aren’t in the new-like condition or that don’t come in their original package.

For items returned after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.


Restoration items include dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, meters, respirators, etc…

To receive a refund on restoration items they must be returned within 30 days in their original and unopened package. When the package is open or some manual are missing, you can obtain an in-store credit that you can use for future purchases.

Customers are responsible of covering possible shipping costs on returned restoration items.

During major events (hurricanes, forest fires, floods…) all sales of restoration equipment are considered final.

Special Order Return Policy

We accept return on special orders – items that aren’t stocked by us – within 14 days of receipt. If returned in new-like conditions and within 14 days, you can receive a refund for your returned special orders (we will retain a 20% stocking fee).

We can not accept special order returns after 14 days.

Epoxy products

Under no circumstances – even if the container hasn’t been opened – we can accept returns of expose products. This is because, even if never opened, temperatures, improper handling, and other factors may have still compromise the product. To ensure our customers always receive top-quality products, we do not accept returns of epoxy products.
